Refund & Return Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy is outlined below. We encourage customers to read it carefully before placing an order.

• Cash refunds are not offered. Items may be exchanged provided they are unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges may be requested by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or email during working hours. Pickup or exchange arrangements will be guided by our team.
• Exchanges will only be processed if the item is returned with:
  • Original receipt or order confirmation
  • Original tags and packaging intact
• If the price of an item has been reduced due to a sale or promotional offer, any exchange will be processed at the revised (discounted) price, not the original purchase price.
• No claims for repair or manufacturing defects will be entertained unless reported within 21 days of delivery.
• Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.
• Any claim regarding faulty merchandise or incorrect items received must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.
• Items purchased during promotional or discounted periods are not eligible for exchange, unless otherwise stated.
